     Northern Wisconsin's largest full-service real estate company, Coldwell Banker Mulleady, Inc., REALTORSŽ was founded in 1983 by Jim and Maxine Mulleady. Our first location was a small office with a staff of four located on Highway 70 West in Minocqua. An independent office at that time, Coldwell Banker Mulleady, Inc., REALTORSŽ set a goal to become the #1 office in the Minocqua area.
     Affiliating with Coldwell Banker in 1984, Coldwell Banker Mulleady, Inc., REALTORSŽ added strong national awareness to a growing local staff of professionals. In 1988, the company purchased a larger facility located just South of the Minocqua bridge on Highway 51. The real estate firm occupied the ground floor of the historic building, while a local contractor leased the upper floor. These days, the company utilizes all of the recently expanded building, with remodeled half-log exterior.
     In 1988, the firm realized it's goal, and became Minocqua's #1 sales office based on closed listings and sales. Since that time, Mulleady Inc. has retained that position, and increased market share dramatically.
     In 1990, the company had ten sales associates, and closed business of ten million dollars. That year, a branch office was opened at Eagle River in the former Credit Union building. As business grew, and more associates came aboard, the need for an all-new facility became apparent. In November of 1992, the beautiful Eagle River location was opened on Highway 70 West.
     1994 saw new real estate sales records broken, with total business volume at fifty million dollars. The Minocqua office was the #1 firm in Coldwell Banker's 13-state Midwest region. Also in late 1994, Coldwell Banker Mulleady, Inc., REALTORSŽ acquired the former Century-21 Day and Associates in Rhinelander. And, in Summer 1995, Coldwell Banker Mulleady, Inc., REALTORSŽ opened it's fourth office in Woodruff, at Highway 51 and 47 in the log cabin.
     Now staffed by 33 full-time sales associates, the company continues to put customer service first in every transaction, and strives to be the innovator in real estate services now and into the future.
